WOODLAND VILLAGE IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND HAS EXPERIENCED SOME DELAYS.
THE APPLICATION DEADLINE AND LOTTERY DRAWING WILL BE SCHEDULED SOON.

Woodland Village is a rental community offering brand new market rate and affordable one- and two-bedroom apartments. They're the same fantastic apartments in the same great community, but the application process and rental rates are different. If your household's gross annual income is at or less than the amount shown below, then you may qualify for a reduced rental rate.

Please note the color of each row. The color of your AMI corresponds to the same color on the Maximum Income and Monthly Rent Charts. For example, if your income is at or less than the amount shown in the blue row for your household size, then you are eligible for the rental rates shown in the blue row on the Monthly Rent Chart below. A utility allowance will be given on affordable units for the tenant-paid utilities. Housing Vouchers are accepted.

My household does not meet these income limits...

If your household income does not meet the limits posted above, then a market rate apartment rental may be the right fit for you. Market rate apartments are available on a first come, first served basis with no income limits to consider, and the online application process is quick and easy. Online applications will be available for Woodland Village approximately 6 months before expected occupancy, which is currently TBD.
