IMPORTANT: This community offers affordable, income-restricted apartments and market-rate apartments. There are two different application processes: one for affordable and the other for market-rate. Please be sure to select the correct application for your income level. We understand that your time is valuable, and we encourage you to be sure to select the correct application to avoid having to complete an additional one. Read below, and then if you have any questions about which application link is right for your household, please contact us to seek clarification.


For the table charts below, please note the color of each row. The AMI color corresponds to the same color on the Maximum Income and Monthly Rent Charts. For example, if your income is at or less than the amount shown in the blue row for your household size, then you are eligible for the rental rates shown in the blue row on the Monthly Rent Chart below. Please contact us if you have any questions about your eligibility for affordable apartment rentals.

A utility allowance will be given on affordable units for the tenant-paid electric. Housing Vouchers are accepted and satisfy the minimum income requirement.
